Please read these Terms of Service carefully before a booking or / and purchasing.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not visit our salon or use any services.
These Terms of Service are considered a Public Offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Beauty Point Inc., including all information, websites, tools, products and services available to the customer.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By visiting our salon, using the services and purchasing products of Beauty Point you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
These Terms of Service apply to all customers, without limitation.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use the services of Beauty Point.

MODIFICATIONS

Beauty Point may modify, update, change or replace any part these Terms of Service at any time.
The most current version of the Terms of Service will be posted on this page.
Your continued use of the services of Beauty Point after any modifications to these Terms of Service will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.

SERVICES

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Beauty Point provides beauty services, including but not limited to: lash lift, brow lamination, permanent makeup (such as lip blush, powder brows, and eyeliner), stretch mark treatments, non-laser tattoo removal, Endosphere Therapy, and other skincare and body enhancement treatments.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. All descriptions of products are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products and services that appear at the website. But we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Also, we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

BOOKING

All appointment requests are processed by website, Instagram direct message, online chat or phone.

To schedule an appointment by phone or chat, please specify:

procedure you need
your first and last name
your e-mail (for confirmation of your appointment)
your phone number (for sms-reminder)
convenient date and time slot

A day before the meeting, you will receive a reminder by email and sms.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order or booking you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

In the event that we make a change or cancel an order (or booking), we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account information.

DEPOSITS

A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment for any service.
This deposit can be paid in cash as well as by bank card.

CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULE

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, your deposit will be applied towards your next appointment.

For cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

RUNNING LATE

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
If you're running a few minutes late, please text or call us.
Any amount of time you are late will cut into your service time, however services will still be charged at full price.
We schedule appointments back to back. So we will not use another client's time.

VISITING RULES

No extra guests, including relatives, unless both are getting serviced.
No pets.
No kids. Our space is not the best environment for kids.
If you want to make the most of your time at our salon - please attend alone.

PAYMENT

You agree to pay for all services provided by Beauty Point at the rates in effect at the time of service. Payment is due at the time of service.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be given for services that have been rendered.

LIABILITY

Beauty Point and its employees are not liable for any injuries or damages that you may sustain as a result of the services provided by Beauty Point.

WAIVER
By visiting our salon, using the services and purchasing products of Beauty Point, you hereby waive any and all claims that you may have against Beauty Point and its employees for any injuries or damages that you may sustain as a result of the services provided by Beauty Point.

We will ask you to fill out an Appointment Waiver Form before we provide the service.

DISCLAIMERS

The services provided by Beauty Point are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have any medical concerns, you should consult with a doctor.

Beauty Point does not guarantee the results of its services. The results of any service may vary depending on the individual.
Beauty Point is not responsible for any allergic reactions that you may experience as a result of the services provided. If you have any allergies, you should inform Beauty Point before any service is rendered.

By booking our services on the website or another way, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

ACCEPTING THESE TERMS OF SERVICE

By visiting our salon, using the services and purchasing products of Beauty Point, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms of Service, (including our Privacy Policy and Terms of Website Use) constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of our services and products.
